Can I copy and paste the calendar into my desktop publishing program?

Summary

Depending on your desktop publishing program, you may be able to copy and paste the calendar into your program.

However, we're not able to give specific help on this because programs handle HTML pages differently. The calendars were designed for use on Web sites and may not translate very well into your desktop publishing program.

We have successfully copied and pasted the calendar into MS Word 2000 and MS Publisher 2000, but had to reformat a bit to get it to look right. If you decide to try this, be sure you are in the "Print View."

To copy the entire calendar onto your clipboard follow the instructions below:
Go to the printable version of your calendar. On your browser's toolbar, click "Edit" and then "Select All." This will select and highlight the entire calendar. While still highlighted, go back to "Edit" and select "Copy." Then go to your editing program and paste it.

When you paste the calendar into Word or Publisher it's pasted as a table. If the table is larger than your page, you'll need to adjust the widths of the columns. You may also need to adjust the heights of rows, and remove or edit any unwanted table cells.
