To convert a TIFF to a BMP or JPEG, you'll need a bitmap editing program, such as Adobe PhotoShop, Corel Photo-Paint, MS Image Composer or a similar program. Unfortunately, those programs are fairly expensive.

However, there's a less expensive alternative. Most versions of Windows come with MS Paint. Check to see if your computer has it. If you have Paint, use it to open the TIFF and then "Save As" a JPEG or BMP. Note: Some earlier versions of Paint may not be able to do this.
