Can we use your artwork on things we want to sell for a fundraiser?

Summary

Yes, you MAY use the artwork on materials that promote your church, its events and ministries. Such materials include brochures, newspaper ads and phonebook ads. You MAY also use our artwork on items you sell to raise funds for your church, its ministries or nonprofit groups. For example, items such as coffee mugs, T-shirts, calendars, totebags, mouse pads, etc. can be sold to raise money for things such as a mission trip, a food bank, a church remodeling project, new hymnals, choir robes, etc.

However, our artwork may NOT be used for any retail, business or commercial ventures or on items that will be sold to make a profit. Such items include — but are not limited to — books, T-shirts, posters, coffee mugs, key chains, totebags, mouse pads or anything else that will be sold to make a profit.
