Although your site displays the Thawte logo, there is no indication that my transaction is secure or encrypted.

Summary
Our customers are not seeing the padlock but the sight is secure. You do not see the “Pad Lock” because of how we built the "My Account" section.  This is because we use frames.

You can click the Thawte Logo to verify that it truly is secure.

The website you are visiting and the links reference “https” instead of the standard non secure “http”.  You can right click on the link and stay open in a new window to view this security information.

We realize the Pad Lock is a comfort feature and are investigating a way to get this to show up even though we are using frames
Solution

We have worked extensively to provide a safe and secure site for you to use. We truly are secured through Thawte.

However, due to the design of our site where the pages are inside "frames", the padlock does not appear as it normally would. If you're ever in doubt, and would like to check for yourself, here's a tip. You can right click on the page or the link you will be visiting and click Properties to see the https (the "s" at the end of http means it is secure).

In Firefox,  right click and choose This Frame, and then This Frame Info, you will then
  see the https.
