This problem can occur when event details/descriptions are pasted in from other programs (such as Microsoft Word) that apply formatting to the text. When you copy text from an editor that adds formatting, the formatting will be copied along with the text. Another possible cause of the problem would be if you have Hotbar running on your computer. This conflicts with some of our forms and should be turned off/removed to allow for correctly formatted event details/descriptions. When entering event details/descriptions in the future, we would suggest that you type them in manually or copy from a text editor that does not apply formatting (such as Notepad - which comes with Microsoft Windows). To fix existing events that are showing up incorrectly, you will have to click the html check box when you are editing an event to see all the formatting that is added. Delete everything that is shown when you are in html view, and then click the html check box again to return to the regular view. Once in regular view, you can paste or type in your details/descriptions.
