How can I set up my calendar so that members can view only, and not able to add,or edit events?
 
Summary
 

The link you give to your members should point to the "Preview Calendar" mode, not to the "Edit" mode. To get that link, click the blue "Get Started" tab. That page has four red links that point to various preview formats of your calendar:

  • Current Month's Calendar View
  • Current Month's List View
  • Current Week's View
  •  Current Day's View

Copy the link for the format you want, and paste it into your Web page, or e-mail it to members. There are more instructions and samples of the various views on the "Get Started" page.
