How can I put my calendar into a Word document?

Summary

The My Church Events calendar wasn't designed to be a Word document, but there is a way to put your calendar into Word.

Here's how to copy the calendar from the Web page and paste it into Word:

1) Go to the Print View of your calendar.
2) Choose either the Landscape or Portrait version. You may need to experiment to see which version works best for you.
3) Use your mouse to highlight the calendar. The easiest way is to left-click at the bottom right corner of the calendar grid, and drag to the top left corner while holding the mouse button down.
4) While the calendar is still highlighted, use Edit > Copy (or Ctrl C) to copy the calendar.
5) Open a blank Word document.
6) Use the Paste button (or Ctrl V) to paste the copied calendar into the Word page.

That will put your calendar into Word, but the grid lines probably aren't showing. Here's how to make them visible:

1) The calendar is actually two tables. The month bar is one table, the days of the week and date squares are the second.
2) Hover your mouse anywhere over the calendar grid, and a small square box with a cross should appear in the top left corner near Sunday.
3) When that box is visible, left-click it to highlight the calendar grid.
4) With the calendar highlighted, right-click and select Borders and Shading from the pop-up menu.
5) Select All or Grid from the Borders settings, and then click the OK button.

The calendar grid should now be visible.

You can resize your calendar by dragging the small box in the bottom right corner. Note: Because the calendar is two tables, you'll need to resize the month bar and the calendar grid separately.
